I take the family to this Starbucks because there isn't another one to go to in the area. Some of the baristas are friendly but others look like they need a lesson in service. It can get busy here at times and the cleanliness suffers in the public areas. Little bits of trash build up on the floor and the sitting area can get a bit disorganized. The bathrooms are ok but not great for cleanliness (several times I've gone and the soap dispenser isn't working). Music playing outside can get turned up a bit too loud.

I visit this Starbucks at least once a week. It's very inconsistent, sometimes fast, sometimes takes wayyyyyy too long. Some of the servers are friendly, others act like they wish you didn't exist. Drinks are usually good. Either way I keep going back, just gotta have my coffee!

Nice Starbucks location,standalone about a mile off the interstate. Convenient drive through. Fast, efficient, friendly service. First class coffee like most Starbucks. Lots of tables for working is a welcome plus.

I go here a lot because of our options on coffee shops.. Well I should say a "Sit down coffee shops". This Starbucks store in particular is almost always filthy their counters are dusty and have old coffee beans on them. Also they are the slowest starbucks I've ever been too

Traveling from MI and sooo happy to discover this Starbucks. Sadly, it was a major disappointment! They were out of sleeves? They were out of Tall cups? So they served my yummy Carmel Flan Latte in double Grande cups. Wasteful $$. PROBLEM, it was actually WAY less than a Tall, filled mostly with whipping cream. When I asked the Barista, she was very cranky and told me it IS a tall in a Grande cup. With all of the whip cream there was no way to tell. Until I drank it. Definitely less than a Tall! This was an expensive shortage all because they were not fully supplied. This was on a Saturday during a bonus star promotion. Shameful!! I will also be contacting Starbucks directly and am hopeful they can make this right!! Improvement needed at this location please? Thank you.

The coffee is pretty good here. The food can be hit or miss... sometimes the pastries are nice and fresh. Other times, they are hard, dry, and obviously stale. The service is ok, but could stand improvement, especially in regards to taking orders and making sure the order is correct. There is a drive thru, which is very convenient. Overall, a nice addition to this small town!

If there were a chance for no stars than this Starbucks would have earned that. Yes they were busy. Yes they were definitely in the weeds, but by the way the staff was operating you would think that not a one of them had ever stepped foot in a Starbucks let alone work in one. It took 30 minutes plus to get an americano with expired shots and an iced coffee that was more watered down garbage than it was coffee. Oh, and when you request a "black" coffee that means no milk at all!!! Seriously just avoid this place and maybe it will be shut down. The coffee world would be better off.

This may be the worst Starbucks I've been to. Unfriendly staff a lot off times. Trashes overflow most the time, it is dirty, tables don't get cleaned like they should, they are rude at closing time, they are slow making drinks, a lot of drinks are not made right, parking is terrible... I know this location can get very busy, but I've seen other stores handle many more customers than this location gets in a much more orderly fashion with better tasting drinks.

This is the single worst Starbucks I've been in. It is dirty and they are slow. Their 1 saving grace is the staff was very nice. And, the drinks were made appropriately. If we weren't in the mood for a treat on our way home from seeing relatives in The Villages, we would never had chosen this location. A visit from the regional is MUCH needed.

What can I say? It's Starbucks, nothing unusual here. This is the closest location to me so I end up here a lot. Iced Americano extra ice add whip, good drink on a hot day. The traffic is can be awkward when exiting the parking lot but it's currently under construction so hopefully it gets better

This Starbucks is a good location for me. But the employees can be difficult and drinks are not always consistant at this location. But it seems lately they have hired a few good employees and it's getting better. Sometimes drive-thru can be a Long wait.. and other times pretty quickly. So over all a nice location and good coffee!

Drinks are good, staff is friendly and if you go there often enough they learn your name and your regular drink of choice. This location had a serious streak of really slow drive-thru service in past months. However, recently they have really stepped up their game and have sped up quite a bit. Overall this is a great place to grab a cup of Joe or a "triple, tall, breve, vanilla, latte"
